We design our homes with traditional curb appeal, energy efficiency and livable floor plans to accommodate different lifestyles.
We build from our plans, our customer’s plans or something in-between. Our willingness to work with each customer in modifying their plan to suit their lifestyle is what separates us from the competition
We build our homes with a focus on high quality at a competitive price. On-site construction management is provided by the personal attention of both owners of the company. We will work with you throughout the construction of your house to build the home that is just right for you. The person who helped design your new home is on the site daily managing the construction process. This method insures more accurate cost containment, enhances communication and constantly monitors quality.
We are not a “production builder” that builds hundreds of homes.

We also attend local and state educational programs so we can learn how to improve our homebuilding skills.
